Langlade County criminal court activity 02.16.2015.

Amanda M. Bocek, 32, of Pickerel, failed to appear in court on a charge of possessing an illegally obtained prescription. A warrant with a $100 bond was authorized for her arrest.

Tanya S. Cooper, 31, of Crandon, failed to appear in court for charges of felony bail jumping and two counts of operating while revoked. A warrant was authorized for her arrest.

James R. McKellep, 50, of Birnamwood, received a reduction in bond from $1,000 cash to $500 cash on a charge of issuing worthless checks. His next court date is March 2.

Brittany D. Eldridge, 24, of Deleglise Street, was sentenced to 18 months probation for maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of marijuana and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs.



New charges filed today:

Kurt L. Drexler, 35, of Elcho, is charged with sex registry violation and sex offender using different name. The incidents occurred on December 5. He received a $1,000 signature bond. A condition of bond is not having contact with minors. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 23.

Donna M. Raunio, 35, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and neglecting a child with consequence of bodily harm. The incidents happened on February 12. She was released on a $5,000 signature bond and must comply with social services. She is set to return to court on March 23.

Terry L. Passow, 57, of Gleason, is charged with disorderly conduct and child abuse recklessly causing harm. The incidents occurred on February 1. An initial appearance is scheduled for February 16.

Amanda J. Neumann, 27, of Elm Street, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse repeater. She received a $1,000 signature bond and must cooperate with social services.

Kristen E. Hanson, 29, of Phelps, is charged with operating while revoked, which occurred on February 3. An initial appearance is set for March 17.

Debra M. Hart, 57, of Birnamwood, is charged with operating while intoxicated fourth offense. The incident happened on February 6. A $1,200 bond was paid. An initial appearance is scheduled for March 17.
