Langlade County criminal court activity 02.09.2015.
Lester P.. Schrieber, 62, of Third Avenue, was sentenced to one year probation for battery. He also received a one year deferred judgment for felony bail jumping. Charges of strangulation and suffocation, intimidating a victim, false imprisonment and endangering safety with the use of a dangerous weapon were dismissed.
Sabrina J. Deangelis, 18, of Appleton, received a reduction in bond from $1,000 cash to $500 cash for charges of first degree recklessly endangering safety and substantial battery. Her next court appearance is set for March 10.
Nicholas J. Volpi, 32, of Lincoln Street, received a $1,500 signature bond for charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and operating while revoked. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol. He is scheduled to return to court on February 23.
New charges filed today:
Sanome R. Wheelock, 39, of Crandon, is charged with operating while revoked. The incident occurred on January 22. His next court date is scheduled for March 17.
