Calvin J. Crum of North Avenue, 51, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He is scheduled to return to court on March 20.

Autumn Jackson of Aniwa, 21, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of misdemeanor bail jumping and operating without a valid license third or greater offense within three years. Her next court date is June 24.

Cindy J. Jensen of South Clermont Street, 54, was released on a $1,000 signature bond for charges of disorderly conduct, retail theft and resisting or obstructing an officer. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol, no taverns and no contact with victim. She is scheduled to return to court on February 23.

Justin F. Jacoby of Lily, 22, failed to appear in court on a charge of fraud on innkeeper. A body-only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Adam D. Johnson of Townsend, 28, failed to appear in court for charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. A warrant with $100 bond was authorized.

Craig A. Schnaare of Elcho, 59, had bond set at $5,000 cash for charges of operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense, failing to install or tampering with ignition interlock device, operating while revoked and vehicle operator flee/elude officer. He is scheduled to return to court on February 3.

Joshua D. Taft of Fifth Avenue, 21, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of substantial battery intending bodily harm. Conditions of bond include no alcohol and no contact with victim. His next court date is set for February 9.

Jerry E. Baty of Weston, 44, was ordered to serve two years probation with 125 days jail for operating while intoxicated third offense. He was fined $2,450. He must install an ignition interlock device for one year. His drivers license was revoked for 27 months and he must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.



New charges filed today:

Luke W. Aitken of Irma, 35, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, resisting or obstructing an officer and seven counts of felony bail jumping. The incidents occurred on January 23. A $500 bond was paid. He is scheduled to return to court on February 23.

Renee B. Bennish of Merrill, 37, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting or obstructing an officer, misdemeanor bail jumping, two counts of retail theft and possession of narcotic drugs. The incidents happened on January 23. Her next court appearance is set for February 23.

Liza M. Carlson of Wausau, 31, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of retail theft, possession of narcotic drugs and resisting or obstructing an officer. Her next court date is February 23.

Tanya S. Cooper of Crandon, 31, is charged with felony bail jumping and operating while revoked. The incidents occurred on January 22. She is scheduled to return to court on February 16.

Cole W. Karnitz of Bryant, 29, is charged with two counts of felony bail jumping, which happened on January 22. His next court appearance is set for February 4.

Andrea M. Schuh of Dorr Street, 30, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. The incident occurred on January 24. She is scheduled to return to court on February 25 for a status conference.
