Steven S. Jagiello of Milwaukee, 37, was fined $100 plus court costs plus time served of four days in jail for possession of marijuana second or subsequent offense.
James J. Pendleton of Superior Street, 26, received a $500 signature bond for charges of threatening injury or harm by computer message, criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to dwelling and misdemeanor bail jumping.
Jeffrey J. Marciniak of County Road G, 42, was sentenced to 90 days in jail for operating while intoxicated third offense and fifteen days in jail for misdemeanor bail jumping. His license was revoked for 29 months and he must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. He was also fined $2,148.
Joel D. Kolb of Elk Mound, 24, received a jail sentence during a revocation hearing. A nine month term was ordered, with credit for 210 days of time served for a theft conviction.
