Richard J. Alsteen Jr. of Elcho, 41, received a reduction in bond from $300 cash to $1,000 signature for a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He is scheduled to return to court on February 23.

Maria A. Beilke of Superior Street, 29, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of illegal shining of deer, elk or bear. Her next court date is February 16.

Shawn M. Dunlop of Fifth Avenue, 36, also received a $500 signature bond for illegal shining of deer, elk or bear. He is set to return to court on February 16.

Jessi L. Gardner of Forrest Avenue, 20, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of retail theft. Her next court date is February 16.

Devin J. Gress of Fifth Avenue, 19, had bond set at $500 cash for charges of possession with intent to deliver THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on January 26.

Jacob J. Peltier of Rhinelander, 25, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of possessing THC as a second or subsequent offense. His next court appearance is set for February 23.

James L. Prince of Superior Street, 45, failed to appear in court for a charge of theft. A warrant with a $500 bond was authorized.

Tony A. Toth of County Road N, 38, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of theft and misdemeanor bail jumping. His next court date is February 2.

Amy M. Voigt of Fifth Avenue, 43, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of illegally obtaining a prescription. She is scheduled to return to court on February 16.

Luke A.T. Voigt of Fifth Avenue, 21, received a $500 signature bond for a theft charge. His next court date is set for February 16.

Lynette R. Lanik of First Avenue, 56, was sentenced to one year probation for an amended charge of misdemeanor theft. She was originally charged with forgery.



New charges filed today:

Cole W. Karnitz of Bryant, 29, is charged with operating while intoxicated fourth offense within five years, felony bail jumping, operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with ignition interlock device. A bond of $1,000 was paid. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 4.

Devin J. Gress of Fifth Avenue, 19, is charged with felony bail jumping and possession of THC. A $500 cash bond was set. He will return to court on January 26.

Aaron J. Turcotte of County Road H, 21, is charged with strangulation and suffocation, felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct domestic abuse. His next court date is set for February 10.

Beverly J. Meyer of Dorr Street, 60, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse and misdemeanor bail jumping. A $100 bond was paid. She is scheduled to return to court on January 26.

Sierra I. Bula of Dorr Street, 17, is charged with theft. Her next court date is February 16.
