Michael J. Fischer of Deleglise Street, 49, was sentenced to one year jail and three years probation for a sixth offense of operating while intoxicated. He was fined $2,452 and must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. His drivers license was revoked for 36 months. Alcohol or drug assessment with follow through was ordered. He must not be present in taverns and not possess or use alcohol.

Vincenzo B. Caporale of Iowa, 19, was fined $100 plus court costs for possession of marijuana.

Britta P. Davison of White Lake, 25, received a sentence of one year probation for retail theft. She must also pay court costs and attend counseling as deemed necessary by probation agent.

Michael D. Mayotte of Milwaukee, 38, was sentenced to two years probation for resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater and possession of drug paraphernalia. He must also pay court costs and undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

LeAnna M. Grace of Fifth Avenue, 18, received a one year deferred judgment for burglary. A one year probation term was ordered for possession of drug paraphernalia. She must pay court costs and undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Joseph D. Hull of Shawano, 32, was sentenced to one year probation for possessing drug paraphernalia. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Timothy M. Schulze of Eagle River, 29, received a one year deferred judgment for possession of marijuana. A one year probation term was ordered for possession of drug paraphernalia. Alcohol or drug assessment with follow through was also ordered.
