Joshua D. Day of Pierce Avenue, 25, had bond set at $1,000 cash on a charge of retail theft. He is scheduled to return to court on January 13.
Anthony J. Flasch of North Avenue, 29, had bond set at $2,000 cash for charges of possession with intent to deliver narcotics, two counts of possession of narcotic drugs, misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug trafficking place. His next court date is January 26.
Stacey A. Hansen of Elm Street, 45, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. She is scheduled to return to court on February 9.
New charges filed today:
Joseph J. Racine of Kronenwetter, 30, is charged with three counts of felony bail jumping.
Dominic JL Becerra of Tenth Avenue, 37, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater, possession of controlled substance as a repeater and possession of an illegally obtained prescription.
