According to court records, two criminal cases were heard today in Antigo.
Cassie M. Smith of Lincoln Street, 26, waived her preliminary hearing for a charge of retail theft. She is free from custody after posting a $300 cash bond. She is scheduled to return to court on January 13.
David N. Stainbrook of Alpine Drive, Birnamwood, 37, pleaded guilty to charges of second offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He received deferred prosecution for one year on the possession charge. He received a fine of $100 plus court costs for the paraphernalia charge.
