Langlade County criminal cases in court today (12.30.2013)

A few criminal cases were resolved and closed today in Langlade County court.

Dylan T. Madderom of Park Street, 17, had been charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer but in a plea agreement, the disorderly conduct was amended to a county ordinance violation which results in a fine of $50 plus costs. The resisting/obstructing charge was dismissed.

Resziray Adam Wangberg of Wausau, 26, was found guilty of a third offense of operating while intoxicated. In a plea agreement, charges of operating while revoked, misdemeanor bail jumping and third offense of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail, 2 years of probation, 28 months of drivers license revocation and he must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for 1 year. He must also go through alcohol assessment with follow through and pay a fine of $2,250.

Bradley A. Bricko of Ninth Avenue, 43, received a deferred judgment for 1 year for a charge of resisting or obstructing an officer. He was also fined $100 plus costs.

Kimberly M. Herron of Seventh Avenue, 24, was fined $100 plus costs for disorderly conduct. If no crimes are committed for 1 year, the case will be expunged.

Alejandro Enriquez of Mattoon, 27, failed to appear in court on charges of operating without a valid license as a second offense within three years and resisting or obstructing an officer. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
