Jail time for bath salt dealer & other court cases

An Antigo woman who was charged with selling bath salts received her sentence in Langlade County court, along with others charged with an assortment of crimes. Christy M. Hicks of Neva Road, 35, was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail for charges of bail jumping, possession of drug paraphernalia and distributing a hazardous substance (bath salts) as a second or greater offense. She is also ordered to serve 2 years of probation. Jonothan D. Reynolds, 43, and Jamie L. Reynolds, 34, both from Elcho, were each fined $100 plus costs for charges of possession of marijuana. Robert A. Turcotte of Freibuger Ave, 49, received a sentence of two years of probation for a second or greater offense of possession of marijuana. Kody Deacy of Deleglise Street, 20, was put on probation for one year for a domestic disorderly conduct charge. Dawn K. Dieck of Aniwa, 46, was sentenced to one year of probation for a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She received a deferred prosecution for the bail jumping for one year. She must go through alcohol and drug assessment also.
