Former Antigo man receives prison sentence

A former Antigo man has been sentenced to a two years term of incarceration in state prison.

Andrew D. Gibney, 22, now of Milwaukee, received the sentence during a revocation hearing.

In addition to the two year incarceration, he was also sentenced to two years of extended supervision.

He was convicted of buglary into a building or dwelling and theft. He will receive credit for 185 days of time served.

In a separate case, he was sentenced to six month jail for possessing drug paraphernalia. He will receive credit for 64 days served.
