Fatal accident near Antigo - motorcycle vs. bear

A Bowler man has died from injuries sustained after hitting a bear while riding a motorcycle in Langlade County.

Gary Stevens, 50, of Bowler had been taken to Langlade Hospital before being flown to Wausau Hospital, where he died later Sunday.

The accident occurred on Sunday afternoon, near Highway 64 and Hill Road in Langlade County.
