An Elcho native will take the reins this summer as superintendent of the Oconto Falls School District.
Dean Hess, currently principal of John Muir Middle School in Wausau, was named to the position this week, replacing Dave Polashek, who is retiring.
Hess is a son of Bob and Jean Hess and a graduate of Elcho High School.
