A new grant program to spur interest in locating businesses in the downtown core won the easy backing of the Antigo Common Council on Wednesday.
At its regular May session, aldermen unanimously approved moving forward with the Entrepreneur’s Grant program, designed to provide incentives for new businesses to locate in the area.
“I would thank you for your support of that,” Mayor Bill Brandt said.
