Beef jerky stick theft brings probation for Antigo woman

A 37 year old Antigo woman who stole a stick of beef jerky from a local convenience store has been placed on probation for one year and must pay court costs equaling over $250. Julie M. Yerken of Fred Street received the sentence from Judge Kawalski on Wednesday. In an unrelated case, William S. Hughes, 49, of Deerbook was sentenced to serve 170 days in jail for a fourth offense of operating while intoxicated. He was also fined $2,405. His drivers license is revoked for 30 months. He must undergo alcohol assessment and install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle. John T. Malone of Crandon, 27, received a sentence of one year probation and court costs for a repeat offense of possession of marijuana. Justin D. Plymesser of Waukesha, 24, was put on probation for one year and must pay court costs for a disorderly conduct charge. The incident took place at an area campground in August, he was arguing with a woman.

How do you get a fourth offense of drunk driving. Someone should put this miserable pos out of his misery. It's bad enough if you cannot live your life free of an alcohol induced haze but then to continually drive and put me and my family at risk is deplorable. I would call him a low IQ something or other but I will leave that to the cretins with inferiority complexes. You know who you are....winners.

There are people that have seven eight and nine. Think it was within the last month someone got a ninth offense
