An Antigo man has received his punishment for charges related to bath salts.
Jeffery Spencer of Tenth Avenue was sentenced to a total of 90 days in jail for possessing a hazardous substance with the intent to abuse and possessing drug paraphernalia.
A two year deferred judgment was ordered for a charge of maintaining a drug trafficking place.
In a separate case, a charge of distributing a hazardous substance with abuse known was dismissed.
