$5,000 bond set for pair with cocaine & meth

According to court records and news reports, two people who are charged with attempting to deliver cocaine and amphetamine must pay $5,000 cash each to get out of jail. Rebecca M. Torgerson of Antigo, 33, and Dustin L.T. Landwehr of Plover, 32, were both charged in Langlade County with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Landwehr was also charged with operating while revoked. The drugs were found when the pair were pulled over by police on October 29. A pipe and syringe were found, along with the cocaine and methamphetamine. The couple had met in Antigo because Torgerson said she had a meeting with her probation officer. This is not the first time they have been charged with drug offenses.
